Having an account is not essential as you can select Checkout as Guest to complete an order without logging in. Any orders placed as a guest require you to manually enter your address and payment information and will not be saved for future reference.

To speed up any future orders you can create an account which allows you to save your address details and store credit cards securely. Creating an account can be done as you checkout by selecting New Customer or Sign Up on the mobile site.

We accept secure PayPal payment method where the following types of credit card payments: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region.

After submitting your order, you will be prompted to secure PayPal page and will be able to choose your credit card.

We use various shipping companies, DPD, Royal mail and Hermes. For expedited shipping, we use either DPD or Royal mail 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight.

Please note that even though our couriers are working really hard to get your orders delivered on time, some goods that are marked as next day delivery may be delivered within 48 hours. Deliveries in Northern Ireland may take between 2 -3 days to arrive. 

Where possible we will ensure that we provide you with online tracking, so you can keep an eye on your delivery using our online tracking facility which can be accessed from the dispatch email we will send or through your online My Account section.

  • We don’t offer exchanges. You can, however, order the item again and send back the one you don’t want. The items you return are your responsibility until we get them back, so it’s best to follow our returns guide to protect them from damage and wear. All items are inspected when we get them back. We don't except unwanted Items.
